This infill project is a development of a vacant, land-locked 2.27 acre lot in Fairfield to build 73 one and two-bedroom apartments. The project will extend the existing street right of way and construct six 3-story apartment buildings as well as a community center with housing above. A central playground will tie to the community center and provide open space for the complex.
