This project was a market-ready renovation for two
R&D office shells in San Jose. The scope included
the renovation of the south building to include a
new entry lobby, open office space with lighting upgrades, renovated and expanded restrooms, and
break area with roll-up door to a new cedar-clad
outdoor amenity space.
The lighting in the second building was upgraded to Title 24 compliance, and its restrooms were renovated to include finish and ADA upgrades. Both buildings’ air handling systems were completely replaced and brought to current code.
The outdoor entry plaza between the buildings received new Batu tropical wood benching, providing a warm and inviting entry to attract new tenants.
